I used to love training in person with Trina but when we moved to be over an hour drive away I was devastated. Devastated because I loved the camaraderie of the small group trainings and the passion and encouragement of Trina.
Trina is educated of course in fitness but also in women’s health and that is important to me, especially as I age.

I have exercised my whole life from going to the gym, taking Aerobics classes to go for a run. The last few years I have lost my motivation though. It wasn't that I didn't want to exercise I just didn't know how to do it anymore with a changing body coming into Menopause.

Through my daughter-in-law I heard about SassyFit Online Coaching and decided to try it out. I got some simple gym equipment like dumbbells and a yoga mat and started. Every week Trina puts out workouts with easy to follow video instructions. I can do the workout at home whenever I want. If I need to make adjustments to suit me I can ask Trina for advice. Who We Are

Trina is a qualified Personal Trainer with a passion for working with her clients to achieve not only physical health and well-being but also promoting positive emotional health and self-confidence. Trina is a mother to 3 amazing individuals, two adult children and a 11 year old tweenager. Trina has a passion for working with women who are looking for a holistic approach to health and physical fitness as well as women who are entering the hormonal transitional period of their lives, Menopause! During the transition to menopause there are many areas of health that change such as symptoms of hormonal fluctuations, weight gain, changes in mood and energy levels and with regular customised exercise regime and support these symptoms can be drastically alleviated and this is an area that Trina holds a lot of passion and expertise for.

Abbie is a qualified Naturopath and Nutritionist with a down to earth yet professional approach to all things womens health and more. Her guidance has helped women overcome many issues including Thyroid, auto immune problems, hormonal imbalances, gut health issues and adrenal fatigue. Her knowledge in nutrition has been instrumental in helping women to lose weight and feel confident again. Abbie’s clients trust her with their own personal stories, she has a wonderful rapport and will work hard to successfully treat her clients. Abbie also will work with GP’s and specialists to cover all bases where necessary and is passionate about combining traditional holistic medicine with evidence based scientific approaches. She is a mum of 3 energetic boys and is incredibly passionate about the health of her family and all those she meets.
